Shipping Details
We will contact each customer individually with the expected ship-out date for their order.
Most sauna heaters are currently in stock (as of writing this) and will typically ship within a week.
Sauna stock levels vary. While a few are currently in stock, the majority won’t be ready for shipment until early next year.
We strongly recommend reaching out to us before placing your order to get a specific timeline.

At The Sauna Heater, we’re dedicated to offering the best sauna heaters, expert guidance, and a supportive community, all while delivering a completely honest and transparent purchasing experience.
Based on our extensive experience with sauna projects, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to finish your sauna before Christmas—regardless of the product you order.
This isn’t just about shipping timelines:
- Larger, palletized shipments often take up to 3 weeks to arrive, even when in stock.
- Freight pallets simply don’t move fast - any claim to the contrary isn’t realistic.
Then there’s the set up:
- Building your sauna, completing electrical work, and assembling components typically takes several days.
- Coordinating qualified pros to handle these steps can add time.
Whether your sauna is made-to-order, on backorder, or in stock, your first sauna session will most likely occur next year—not before this Christmas.
We’re upfront because we value honesty and don’t want to set unrealistic expectations or let you down.
