Make space to relax and refresh in luxury with the SaunaLife EE6G Barrel Sauna Kit. A simplified sauna building experience, this kit offers all the materials necessary to create a premium barrel cabin.

Designed for comfort, the EE6G features a wide barrel arc with a 7’3” ceiling that accommodates tall bathers. The single I-bench interior holds up to four at a time and faces a full-glass front for a panoramic view. This silky ThermoAspen bench is paired with a backrest and contoured for support, encouraging bathers to lean back and enjoy long sauna sessions.

The cabin walls are made from interlocking ThermoSpruce staves, chosen for their incredible durability through every season. These staves also provide exceptional heat management to maintain the sauna’s hot and steamy environment.

A bronze-tinted tempered glass door accentuates the dark tone of the wood, creating a warm and rustic aesthetic to suit any outdoor space. These functional style elements are amplified by a black shingle roof that directs rain and melting snow away from the sauna entrance, welcoming you into the warmth through all weather conditions.

Complete with a built-in ventilation system and LED lights, the EE6G delivers a high-end sauna experience to bathers looking for a step above the norm.

  • ThermoSpruce Walls - Chosen for its durability and depth of color, ThermoSpruce stands strong against seasonal weather while keeping your sauna’s heat and steam secure.
  • ThermoAspen Benches - A ThermoAspen I-bench supports four bathers at a time. This bench is contoured for comfort and paired with a matching backrest.
  • Bronze-Tinted Tempered Glass Front - The full-glass front provides a panoramic view outside, letting you and your guests enjoy nature while you steam. This glass front is finished in a bronze tint that softens sunlight for soothing ambiance.
  • Black Shingle Roof - A full shingle roof guides rain and melting snow away from the sauna entrance to help keep the sauna warm and dry. This roof is equipped with built-in drip rails.
  • Integrated Ventilation - The built-in sauna vents provide a steady stream of fresh air, encouraging long sessions in the heat and steam.
  • Dotless LED Lighting - A set of dotless LED light strips put the finishing touch on the sauna interior with a soothing, indirect glow. These lights are WiFi-controlled through an app on your smart device or the included wireless remote.
Assembly & Installation

The SaunaLife EE6G Cube Sauna requires assembly and finishing. In addition to this kit, you will need:

  • A stable, level foundation - The sauna must sit on a level, stable foundation.
  • Heater Package - Pick up a complete heater kit to finish your build. This sauna can support electric heaters (not included).
  • Certified Electrician - You will need a certified electrician to help with the wiring for the sauna heater, controller, lighting, and any other wired accessories.
  • Building Permits - Check with your local building department for any building permits and safety requirements needed before construction.

Read through all Installation Manuals, Diagrams, and Care Instructions before assembly.

Shipping
  • SaunaLife Saunas have a flat shipping rate of $950 for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states.
  • These Saunas ship directly from our Illinois warehouse via LTL freight.
  • Shipping times vary depending on inventory levels and delivery location. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days. If an order is canceled after this 4-day grace period ends, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our saunas include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

  • You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.

SaunaLife EE6G Construction

SaunaLife barrel saunas are made out of thermo-spruce. Spruce is the most common sauna wood in Finland. Spruce can last 2x as long as cedar when exposed to harsh outdoor environments combined with changing sauna temperatures.

As for the interior, it features ergonomic benches and backrests. The seating and backrest have been slightly curved to support better posture and make the barrel more comfortable to sit in. The seating is made out of Aspen, which is known as the best wood for sauna seats. Aspen has low thermal conductivity (doesn't get too hot to sit in) and silk smooth appearance (comfortable).

SaunaLife barrel saunas have larger diameters compared to traditional barrels. Your standard barrel has a 72” diameter, but this SaunaLife barrel sauna has a 91” diameter. Larger diameter achieves a few things:

  • Gentler arc, which makes seating more comfortable.
  • Higher ceiling, you don't need to bend down as much when entering the barrel.
  • Better airflow inside the sauna.

Setting up

You will get a sauna crate/pallet delivered to your curb when you order this sauna. The pallet is 90"L x 44"W x 44"H. The delivery driver will be responsible for curbside delivery and will lower the items to ground level.

Your electrical requirements will heavily depend on which heater you choose to install in your sauna kit as well as accessories like lighting.
