The Auroom Baia welcomes bathers into the heat with a smooth, natural wood interior and comfort-contoured seating.

• Simple Assembly - This cabin is designed for simplicity, using pre-assembled wall segments to speed up construction. The process should take an estimated 4 - 6 hours and requires two people.
• Thick Aspen Walls - Three-layer Aspen walls lock in the heat and steam to build ultra-soothing sauna sessions. These walls come in your choice of Natural or ThermoWood Aspen and are pre-finished in natural sauna wax.
• Aspen Bench & Backrest - Chosen for its smooth texture and silky skin-feel, the Aspen seating and backrest offers comfortable support for long sessions. These elements are pre-finished with natural sauna wax.
• Insulated Aspen Roof - An insulated roof helps contain the best sauna air, creating the thick blanket of heat and steam that sets Nordic sauna apart from the rest.
• Clear Tempered-Glass Door - A full-length, tempered-glass door lets in minimal natural light, creating a cozy space of quiet relaxation. Hinges can be placed on the left or right to fit your needs.
• Built-in Airflow Vents - Integrated vents keep a steady stream of fresh air, making each session comfortable and oxygen-rich.
• Soft LED Lighting - An LED light strip hides behind the Aspen backrest and creates a soft, ambient glow for unmatched mood lighting.
• Premium Sauna Accessory Kit - Every Auroom sauna kit comes with a premium accessory pack, including: a bucket + ladle, aroma set, sauna hat, and more.

Assembly & Installation

The Auroom Baia Sauna requires assembly and finishing. In addition to this kit, you will need:

• A level, well-ventilated location - Pick a space that’s built to handle moisture, like a bathroom or basement.
• Heater Package - Pick up a complete heater kit to finish your build. This sauna can support electric or wood-burning heaters (not included).
• Certified Electrician - You will need a certified electrician to help with the wiring for the sauna heater, controller, lighting, and any other wired accessories.
• Building Permits - Check with your local building department for any building permits and safety requirements needed before construction.

Shipping

• The Auroom Baia has a flat shipping rate of $1,000 for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states.
  • $1,290 for Canada
• These Saunas ship directly from our Illinois warehouse as LTL freight. Your driver is responsible for curbside delivery only.
• Shipping times vary depending on inventory levels and delivery location. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

ATTENTION: Shipping and delivery times may increase based on seasons and holidays.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days. If an order is canceled after this 4-day grace period ends, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our saunas include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

• You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
