The Emma Wood version keeps the sauna experience a bit more private with its only see-through surface being the glass door.

Placement of the sauna:

Make sure the floor is level and stable under your sauna.
Make sure that the sauna room has a fresh air supply. Also, be sure to leave an air gap between the sauna structures and the boundary structures of the room.
The sauna requires a water drain nearby to get rid of the moisture and water that build up in the sauna.

When it comes to electrical preparations, you need to run 120V line for the lights of the sauna, and 240V line for the sauna heater to the place where the sauna will be.

The weight and packaging of this sauna bathing marvel requires delivery by special appointment. It arrives on a wooden pallet and is encased in wood for solid protection. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level (excludes rooms over 90” wide). Prior to shipping this product, the distributor often contacts customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Auroom Emma Wood construction

The interior doesn’t have any visible fasteners, which makes the interior very minimalistic and clean. The interior of the cabin can be made out of Alder, Aspen and Thermo-Aspen.

Alder is known for being water-repellant and durable.

Aspen has good thermal management, meaning it doesn’t get too hot and has a smooth texture.

Thermo-aspen has gone through a thermo-process that removes moisture from the wood while also being durable and eco-friendly. This process darkens the wood a bit when comparing to Aspen

Additionally, with its multiple sizing options, and left-or-right handed door options, you can select the orientation that best fits your space.

Lighting

Auroom Emma Wood comes with lighting that is embedded in the backrest shining upwards, creating indirect lighting which provides excellent ambiance to the cabin.

The lights are controlled via a remote and are dimmable.

Ventilation

Auroom Emma Wood has a gravity-based ventilation system. There’s an intake vent under the sauna heater. It is recommended to have the intake vent near the sauna heater.

Exhaust vent is located under the top bench. This ensures good airflow in the sauna.

Setting up

Unloading

You will get 1-2 sauna crates/pallets (depending which size sauna you go for) delivered to you when you order this sauna. The pallet is 48"L x 91"W x 56”H. The delivery driver will be responsible for curbside delivery and will lower the items to ground level.

Electrical Requirements

You need 2 lines of electricity for your sauna. First one is 240V/1ph for the sauna heater. The other one is standard 110V/1ph for the lights.

Base

You need to make sure that you have a leveled and sturdy base for your sauna. You have to also consider where the water goes through the drain depending on the location of the sauna.
