For this option, the customer is responsible for hand off-loading (piece by piece) or for off-loading with a forklift. Note: On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for these rates.

    The weight and packaging of this sauna bathing marvel requires delivery by special appointment. It arrives on a wooden pallet and is encased in wood for solid protection. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level (excludes rooms over 90” wide). Prior to shipping this product, the distributor often contacts customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.     The Relaxia is made of long-lasting, sustainably-sourced thermally modified Aspen from northern Europe. This chemical-free thermal modification process - done with only heat and steam - produces a product that is far superior to other woods for the extreme conditions of a sauna.

    The interior of the Auroom Relaxia sauna is crafted from Thermo-Aspen wood. This wood has undergone a thermal modification process, making it highly resistant to high temperatures. Thermo-Aspen is chosen for its low thermal conductivity, ensuring that the benches remain comfortable to sit on even during extended sauna sessions. The smooth surface of the Thermo-Aspen provides a soft and inviting feel, making it an ideal choice for sauna interiors. All wooden details are pre-treated with sauna wax.

    The glass front of the cabin is made from 8mm-thick tempered glass, providing durability and a clear, open view. It includes a frameless door, enhancing the cabin's minimalist design, with matte black door pulls and hinges that add a subtle contrast to the glass.

    Auroom Relaxia comes with dimmable LED lighting. The lighting is embedded on the backrest and under the bench.

    You will get a sauna crate/pallet delivered to your yard when you order this sauna. The pallet is 48"W x 91"L x 100"H. The delivery driver will be responsible for curbside delivery and will lower the items to ground level.

    You need 2 lines of electricity for your sauna. First one is 240V/1ph for the sauna heater. The other one is standard 110V/1ph for the lights.

    You need to make sure that you have a leveled and sturdy base for your sauna. You have to also consider where the water goes through the drain depending on the location of the sauna.
