The size of this product requires off-loading from a flat-bed truck. Customer is responsible of arranging the off-loading and delivery to its final location. You are contacted to coordinate this appointment in advance of your shipment.

SaunaLife G11 is made out of thermo-spruce. Spruce is the most common sauna wood in Finland. Thermo means the wood has undergone a thermal modification process to withstand high temperatures. Spruce can last 2x as long as cedar when exposed to harsh outdoor environments combined with changing sauna temperatures.
The seating is made out of knotless thermo-Aspen which is 1.1” thick and is also known as the best wood for sauna seats. Aspen has low thermal conductivity (doesn't get too hot to sit in) and silk smooth appearance (comfortable).
The interior flooring, walls, ceiling and exterior table/benches are made out of Thermo-Pine which is known to be durable and aesthetically pleasing, providing a bit of contrast between the aspen benches.

The size of the changing room is 48 square feet.
You will get a sauna crate/pallet delivered to your yard when you order this sauna. The pallet is 196.8"L x 47.2"D x 47.2"H. The delivery driver will be responsible for curbside delivery and will lower the items to ground level.
This sauna weighs 3196 lbs.
You need 2 lines of electricity for your sauna. First one is 240V/1ph for the sauna heater. The other one is standard 120V/1ph for the lights.
You need to make sure that you have a leveled and sturdy base for your sauna. You have to also consider where the water goes through the drain depending on the location of the sauna.
