Rock Capacity

Sauna heaters have rocks inside their cage. In electric sauna heaters, the elements heat the stones around them. These rocks then store the heat and distribute warmth across your sauna room.

While the quality of your sauna experience comes from multiple variables, the amount of rock your heater holds plays a role in this. More rocks = better heat and steam. More rocks = more expensive sauna heater.

Free Standing vs Wall-Mounted Sauna Heaters
