Indoor Saunas

DIY Sauna Cabin Kits

All of our indoor saunas are delivered as DIY kits that you assemble on-site. Since they arrive in panels or components, they’re easy to move through standard doorways, hallways, or even up stairs, something that’s nearly impossible with a pre-assembled cabin.

Assembly is straightforward with included instructions, and once the structure is set up, all that’s left is to connect the heater.

Why choose a DIY kit:

  • Fits easily into existing spaces, even through narrow hallways or staircases.
  • More cost-effective and easier to ship compared to pre-assembled units.
  • Flexible placement in your home, whether a bathroom, gym, or basement.

Electric or Infrared Heating

Indoor cabins can be paired with either a traditional electric sauna heater or an infrared heating system.

  • Electric heaters deliver the authentic Finnish sauna experience, with high heat and the ability to pour water on the stones for steam.
  • Infrared heaters provide a gentler, radiant heat that warms the body directly, often preferred for shorter, more frequent sessions.

What are the differences between the brands?

We’ve focused our indoor sauna lineup on two high-quality brands, each offering a unique approach to at-home wellness:

  • Auroom - Premium-quality indoor saunas crafted with modern design and high-end materials. Sleek lines and elegant finishes make them as much a design feature as a wellness tool.
  • Finnmark - Our infrared sauna solution for those who prefer radiant heat. Finnmark cabins combine thoughtful design with advanced infrared technology for a different style of indoor sauna wellness.

Which cabin is for me?

  1. Think how many people are going to be using the sauna, or if you want some extra space to stretch, it is good to up the size.
  2. Decide if you want a traditional or infrared sauna experience.
  3. Select the model that fits your space and needs.
  4. Make sure you get the right heater/stones and accessories that will allow you to get the most out of your desired sauna looks and experience.
