Mission
We want to help people build better saunas, and that's not just a tagline. Here's what we're really doing to help both our customers and people who never become one build better saunas;
Our Origin Story
The Sauna Heater broke off on its own in early 2023. We'd been retailing everything: kitchen appliances, fire pits, HVAC gear, and, yes, saunas - through our old retail business. But as two Finns raised in the steam, the only bit that lit us up was helping people with their sauna builds. So we dropped the rest and went all-in on saunas. The Sauna Heater was born as a spinoff from our old retail store.
No regrets. We've shipped thousands of saunas, guided hundreds of thousands of builders through YouTube and the Sauna Society, and become the internet's go-to hub for every DIY sauna project.
And we're about to take the next big step: launch our own sauna line, Loyly. Designed and built by us, it sticks to pure Finnish principles. Saunas made for heat, steam, and soul, not just profit.
The journey's still young, and we've got years of work ahead. To everyone who's backed us so far: kiitos. Let's keep building a better löyly together.
