EMF Ratings

The Dynamic Avila Infrared Sauna comes in two EMF ratings: Low EMF and Ultra Low EMF.

Low EMF: 5 - 10mG EMF output (2"-3" from the heating panels)

• 7x Dynamic Low EMF FAR Infrared Panels

Ultra Low EMF: 3 - 5mG EMF output (2"-3" from the heating panels)

• 7x Dynamic Ultra Low EMF FAR Infrared Panels

Assembly & Installation

The Golden Designs Dynamic Avila Infrared Sauna requires assembly before use.

Make sure the chosen space for your sauna meets all of the following requirements:

• A stable, level surface
• A power supply designated ONLY for the sauna
• Away from flammable objects and chemicals
• Away from water installations and bathrooms

In addition to the materials and hardware included in the kit, you will need a Philips screwdriver, a ladder, and two adults.

Shipping

• Golden Design Saunas ship for free within the 48 contiguous states.
• These Saunas ship directly from our California warehouse via flatbed truck.
• Shipping times vary depending on inventory levels and delivery location. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

ATTENTION: Shipping and delivery times may increase based on seasons and holidays.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders that are canceled within 4 business days or before the order ships. This will be dependent on whichever deadline arrives first.

If an order is canceled after this grace period, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Our saunas include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

• You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
