A live fire and the sound of crackling wood will help you sink deep into relaxation as you pour water over 199 lbs. of stone for soft, gentle steam. The open-air stone cage is as beautiful as it is functional, taking inspiration from wild beehives to bring the glory of nature to your sauna.

The stove’s stainless-steel construction is perfect for the hot and humid sauna environment. It offers incredible durability and corrosion resistance while directing the warmth of the fire up to the stones for consistent heating. To prolong the life of the stones, the HIVE Wood 13 is equipped with a stainless-steel flame tamer. This tamer also promotes even heat distribution for better steam and longer-lasting warmth.

The HUUM HIVE Wood 13 is built for saunas ranging from 212 - 459 ft3 (adj.) and illuminates your sauna with the glow of natural firelight for unforgettable sessions.

  • All our sauna heaters ship for free from Chicago via UPS or FedEx.
  • Heaters are typically shipped within 2 - 4 business days.
  • It will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks for your heater to arrive depending on where you live. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days. If an order is canceled after this 4-day grace period ends, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our heaters include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

  • You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
  • The product is unused.
  • Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund the card you used for your purchase in accordance with the policy listed above.

The massive stone amount of HUUM Hive requires it to be shipped on a wooden pallet. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped out. All our shipments are fully insured. HUUM products are shipped from Chicago. The pallet will be delivered to your curbside. Carrier will call you to set up the delivery of the pallet before delivery. Shipping is free. For white glow delivery or express shipping options, contact us.

All wood heaters need a chimney kit to make sure the smoke is removed from the fire chamber. Protective bedding is also required under the heater if the floor is made out of combustible material such as wood, to ensure there is no fire hazard outside the fire chamber.
