Harvia Cilindro PC110E Heater
Discover the perfect sauna environment with the Harvia Cilindro PC110E 10.5 kW 240V/1Ph Electric Sauna Heater. Built with an open-air stone cage at the front, this heater encourages water-pouring and lets you adjust the intensity of the steam depending on where you pour. For sharp bursts, pour directly on the top of the heater. For soft, gentle steam, pour on the stones halfway up the heater. Both options create a different sauna experience.
The huge 265 lb. stone capacity promotes lasting heat stability, producing temperatures up to 194℉. While the heater gets hot, the built-in heat shield protects your walls and minimizes safety distances, expanding your placement options for more control over your layout. The Harvia Cilindro fits saunas ranging from 318 - 636 ft3 (adj.), delivering reliable performance in every session.
Harvia Cilindro Controller
The Harvia Cilindro uses an external controller that lets you dial-in the perfect sauna environment. There are two options available with this package: the Xenio CX45 and the Fenix FX45.

Fenix FX45: Touchscreen controller with integrated AI that adapts to deliver the perfect sauna experience. Includes 3 customizable heating profiles and allows for scheduling and adjustment through the MyHarvia App.
These controllers can be linked to the sauna’s lighting, ventilation, fans, and timers, offering an all-in-one sauna control destination. Both the Xenio and Fenix are compatible with the MyHarvia App, giving you the power to adjust and operate your sauna right from your smartphone.

- All our sauna heaters ship for free from Chicago via UPS or FedEx.
- Heaters are typically shipped within 2 - 4 business days.
- It will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks for your heater to arrive depending on where you live. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

Cancellations
We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days. If an order is canceled after this 4-day grace period ends, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.
Returns
Our heaters include a 30-day return policy.
You can return this product if:
- You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Installation has not been attempted.
If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
