HUUM CORE 6.5 kW Heater

Customize your traditional Finnish sauna’s interior with the HUUM CORE 6.5 kW Electric Sauna Heater. This heater boasts minimal safety distances to accommodate almost any layout. The outer paneling is available in several finishes, from classic alder to more modern options like black and thermo-aspen. You can even choose a naked finish if you’d like to create your own paneling.

The 66 lb. stone capacity heats quickly, delivering temperatures up to 230℉ in saunas ranging from 177 - 318 ft3 (adj.). This ready-made heater also supports water-pouring to create steam for unparalleled relaxation. Made for tight layouts, the HUUM CORE offers minimal safety distance constraints and can sit directly on floors or embed into the sauna benches.

HUUM UKU Controller

Dial in the perfect sauna experience with the included HUUM UKU Controller. This panel lets you adjust temperatures and schedule sessions in advance to ensure your sauna is ready when you are. It can also connect to sauna lighting and ventilation for convenient control over the mood of the session. Available in classic, wood, and glass models, this controller offers an effortless way to customize your sauna.

Note: The UKU Local Controller option does NOT connect to WiFi. If you choose the Local option and change your mind later, you can upgrade your controller's system for a one-time activation fee. This fee is set and charged directly by HUUM. Find instructions for this upgrade process in your Installation and Operation Manual.

The HUUM CORE 6.5 kW 240V Electric Sauna Heater Package is recommended for saunas ranging from 177 - 318 ft3 (adj.).

  • You must calculate your sauna’s Adjusted Cubic Feet to choose the right heater size. This accounts for cold surfaces like glass, tile, and natural rock wall segments.

Shipping
  • All our sauna heaters ship for free from Chicago via UPS or FedEx.
  • Heaters are typically shipped within 2 - 4 business days.
  • It will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks for your heater to arrive depending on where you live. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days or before the order has shipped - whichever deadline arrives first. If an order is canceled after, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our heaters include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

  • You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.

The Science of Sauna Heaters

Setting up

Your HUUM sauna heater will generally be shipped as a FedEx or UPS package. The package, or packages will be delivered to your door. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped out. All our shipments are fully insured. HUUM products are shipped from Chicago.

HUUM Core will require 240V/1PH electrical line. In case you want to wire with 208V, the power output will go down by 25%. You will need a 30 Amp circuit breaker and your electrician needs to use wire size 10 AWG. You can see the wiring diagram for the system here.

This HUUM Core sauna heater is suitable for home saunas up to 318 adjusted cubic feet. Use our calculator or contact if you want to verify the size of your sauna.
