The stone cage is inspired by wild beehives and holds 287 lbs. of stone, encouraging water-pouring for top-tier steam. These stones are protected by a stainless-steel flame tamer that separates them from the intensity of the fire while creating even heat distribution for long-lasting warmth. The stove itself is also made of stainless steel to withstand the harsh sauna environment for years of remarkable, consistent sessions. This heater comes with your choice of a standard or extended firebox. Standard works well for simple layouts. Extended gives more placement freedom and overall convenience.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days. If an order is canceled after this 4-day grace period ends, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our heaters include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

  • You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
  • The product is unused.
  • Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund the card you used for your purchase in accordance with the policy listed above.

The Science of Sauna Heaters

Setting up

The massive stone amount of HUUM HIVE requires it to be shipped on a wooden pallet. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped out. All our shipments are fully insured. HUUM products are shipped from Chicago. The pallet will be delivered to your curbside. Carrier will call you to set up the delivery of the pallet before delivery. Shipping is free. For white glow delivery or express shipping options, contact us.

All wood heaters need a chimney kit to make sure the smoke is removed from the fire chamber. Protective bedding is also required under the heater if the floor is made out of combustible material such as wood, to ensure there is no fire hazard outside the fire chamber.

This HUUM HIVE Wood sauna heater is suitable for home saunas up to 565 adjusted cubic feet. Use our calculator or contact if you want to verify the size of your sauna.
