• Weatherproof EPDM Roof - The EPDM roof cover directs rain and melting snow away from the sauna entrance for year-round use.
• Bronze-Tinted Tempered Glass Door - A full-length tempered glass door lets in natural light, creating a spacious feel with a great view.
• Optimized Airflow System - Three separate vents produce a steady airflow for oxygen-rich air in every session.
• Modern Vertical Pine Front - The style-forward sauna front uses carved vertical strips for a touch of style that adds elegance to the sauna design.

Assembly & Installation

The Leil Viva 250 Sauna requires assembly and finishing. In addition to this kit, you will need:

• A stable, level foundation - A concrete foundation works best.
• Heater Package - Pick up a complete heater kit to finish your build. This sauna can support electric or wood-burning heaters (not included).
• Certified Electrician - You will need a certified electrician to help with the wiring for the sauna heater, controller, lighting, and any other wired accessories.
• Building Permits - Check with your local building department for any building permits and safety requirements needed before construction.

Shipping

• Leil Saunas have a flat shipping rate of $1,500 for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states.
• These Saunas ship directly from our New York warehouse on a flatbed truck.
• Shipping times vary depending on inventory levels and delivery location. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days or before the order has shipped - whichever deadline arrives first. If an order is canceled after, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our saunas include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

• You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
