Add a space of rest and recovery to your yard with the Leil Patio XS 4-Person Sauna Kit. A combination of sharp style and premium luxury, this cabin uses natural elements with modern design principles to create exceptional sessions.

A set of ThermoWood Pine walls contain the sauna heat and steam with ease, making the most of the wood’s natural heat management properties. These walls offer consistent performance throughout the seasons to encourage year-round sauna use. Their dark hue pairs well with both tint options for the tempered glass front, creating a striking visual aesthetic.

The Patio XS interior is equally impressive, using a two-tier L-bench to welcome up to four bathers at a time. The bench’s alder wood construction is soft on the skin and light in color for a pleasant contrast to the rich tone of the walls. A backrest and bench skirt encourage deeper comfort, giving you support as you sink into ultimate relaxation.

  • 40mm ThermoWood Pine Walls - Rich in color and strong by nature, ThermoWood Pine walls cradle heat and steam for perfect sauna conditions all year long.
  • Natural Alder Benches - A 2-tier alder L-bench holds four bathers at a time, offering comfortable support all session long.
  • Black EPDM Roof - A deep black EPDM roof complements the Patio’s dark tones while directing rain and melting snow away from the sauna entrance.
  • 8mm Dual-Pane Glass Windows - Dual-pane, tempered glass windows help contain the sauna’s heat and steam, offering an extra layer of insulation to put this cabin a step above the rest.
  • Integrated Ventilation and Drainage - The built-in ventilation and drainage systems keep a steady flow of oxygen and help the sauna dry after every session. This helps the cabin stay fresh and inviting.
  • Optional LED Lighting - Add soft, dimmable lighting to your cabin for improved visibility and safety. You have your choice of interior and exterior lighting.
Assembly & Installation

The Leil Patio XS Sauna requires assembly and finishing. In addition to this kit, you will need:

  • A stable, level foundation - A concrete foundation works best.
  • Heater Package - Pick up a complete heater kit to finish your build. This sauna can support electric or wood-burning heaters (not included).
  • Certified Electrician - You will need a certified electrician to help with the wiring for the sauna heater, controller, lighting, and any other wired accessories.
  • Building Permits - Check with your local building department for any building permits and safety requirements needed before construction.
Shipping
  • Leil Saunas have a flat shipping rate of $1190 for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states.
  • These Saunas ship directly from our New York warehouse via flatbed truck.
  • Shipping times vary depending on inventory levels and delivery location. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days or before the order has shipped - whichever deadline arrives first. If an order is canceled after, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our saunas include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date. The product is unused and in its original packaging. Installation has not been attempted. If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.

​​Your Sauna Kit will arrive on a crate/pallet via flatbed truck. A crane or forklift is required for a successful delivery. In most cases, you are responsible for providing this equipment.

Your electrical requirements will heavily depend on which heater you choose to install in your sauna kit as well as accessories like lighting.
