The Leil Patio Sauna brings nature’s finest materials together with spacious, custom design for an at-home spa experience like no other.

• 40mm ThermoWood Pine Walls - Rich in color and strong by nature, ThermoWood Pine walls cradle heat and steam for perfect sauna conditions all year long.
• Natural Alder Benches - A 2-tier alder bench layout makes space for up to three bathers, offering support that feels soft and comfortable on the skin.
• Black EPDM Roof - A deep black EPDM roof complements the Patio’s dark tones while directing rain and melting snow away from the sauna entrance.
• 8mm Dual-Pane Glass Windows - Dual-pane, tempered glass windows help contain the sauna’s heat and steam, offering an extra layer of insulation to put this cabin a step above the rest.
• Integrated Ventilation and Drainage - The built-in ventilation and drainage systems keep a steady flow of oxygen and help the sauna dry after every session. This helps the cabin stay fresh and inviting.
• Optional LED Lighting - Add soft, dimmable lighting to your cabin  for improved visibility and safety. You have your choice of interior and exterior lighting.

Assembly & Installation

The Leil Patio XXS Sauna requires assembly and finishing. In addition to this kit, you will need:

• A stable, level foundation - A concrete foundation works best.
• Heater Package - Pick up a complete heater kit to finish your build. This sauna can support electric or wood-burning heaters (not included).
• Certified Electrician - You will need a certified electrician to help with the wiring for the sauna heater, controller, lighting, and any other wired accessories.
• Building Permits - Check with your local building department for any building permits and safety requirements needed before construction.

Shipping

• Leil Saunas have a flat shipping rate of $1190 for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states.
• These Saunas ship directly from our New York warehouse as LTL freight.
• Shipping times vary depending on inventory levels and delivery location. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days or before the order has shipped - whichever deadline arrives first. If an order is canceled after, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our saunas include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

• You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
