The size & weight of the Narvi requires a delivery on a wooden pallet. This stove ships from Chicago. Delivery driver will schedule a delivery appointment with you a few days prior to delivery. Our free shipping is a curbside only delivery. Driver will lower the item to the ground and drop it to your curb with limited assistance on site.

Safety Considerations

  • All sauna stoves require a protective bedding to be placed under the heater. The bottom gets extremely hot, so it’s mandatory to protect the floor.
  • You need to leave a 10” gap for all combustible materials on the sides of the heater. You can reduce the safety distance with a protective shield. If the surrounding areas are not combustible, you need to still leave a small gap for airflow (heat distribution).
  • 54” safety distance required from the top of the stove to the roof of the sauna.
