All our sauna heaters ship for free from Chicago via UPS or FedEx.
Heaters are typically shipped within 2 - 4 business days.
It will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks for your heater to arrive depending on where you live. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days. If an order is canceled after this 4-day grace period ends, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our heaters include a 30-day return policy. You can return this product if:

You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.

Setting up

Delivery

Your HUUM sauna heater will generally be shipped as a FedEx or UPS package. The package, or packages will be delivered to your door. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped out. All our shipments are fully insured. HUUM products are shipped from Chicago.

Electrical Requirements

HUUM Core will require 240V/1PH electrical line. In case you want to wire with 208V, the power output will go down by 25%. You will need a 50 Amp circuit breaker and your electrician needs to use wire size 8 AWG. You can see the wiring diagram for the system here.

Sauna Sizing

This HUUM Core sauna heater is suitable for home saunas up to 566 adjusted cubic feet. Use our calculator or contact if you want to verify the size of your sauna.
