Delivery

• This tub requires delivery by appointment.
• The tub arrives on a wooden pallet encased in wood for solid protection.
• The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the item to ground level.

ATTENTION: Shipping and delivery times may increase based on seasons and holidays.

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days. If an order is canceled after this 4-day grace period ends, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

• Our heaters include a 30-day return policy.
• You can return this product if:
• You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
