About White Glove Delivery Service

This exceptional Ice Tub requires delivery by a special appointment, and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “White Glove” delivery in the continental US, arranged by the Kohler logistics team and the intended recipient.

Kohler White Glove Services include:

• Transportation costs
• Placing the Ice Tub in the desired location inside or outside the home (up or down 1 flight of stairs)
• Leveling the tub
• Disposal of all packaging materials
